Once we have processed your refund, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Unfortunately refunds are not offered at this time. It is at buyers own risk on a 'Mystery Box' if the product is to their taste.
Refunds are only offered if product is found to be faulty or damaged compared to original item description. In this case buyer must return item with original packaging and invoice.
