Once we have processed your refund, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Unfortunately refunds are not offered at this time. It is at buyers own risk on a 'Mystery Box' if the product is to their taste.

Refunds are only offered if product is found to be faulty or damaged compared to original item description. In this case buyer must return item with original packaging and invoice.

If a parcel has not arrived within the suggested delivery window provided at checkout, please email us at nonleaguefootballshop@gmail.com, and we will open an investigation into the missing parcel.

Some orders may be returned to us for the following reasons: The address is incorrect or inaccessible The label is damaged and has become illegible Delivery was attempted/re-attempted and the collection wasn't organized in the allotted time from the courier Delivery was refused
