13. Laws
13.1 If any of the terms is or becomes invalid or contravenes any law then the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
13.2 It is intended that the website will be used by persons resident in the United Kingdom.
13.3 These Terms are governed by English law. You and we both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
13.4 No waiver shall constitute a waiver of any other terms. No failure by us to exercise a remedy shall constitute a waiver to subsequently exercise any remedy.
14. Personalisation
If the product includes personalised content selected by you, it is a personalised product (Personalised Product).
It is up to you to ensure the content you have contributed for inclusion in a Personalised Product is correct (for example the content is correctly spelt).
Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement email carefully to check that all the details are correct.
15. 'blackfriday' Coupon
Applies to all items apart from: Newcraighall Leith Victoria 'Lager and 'Pacman', Oldfields FC 2022/23 Third, City of Stoke FC Remembrance and all other pre order items. Discounts will not be applied to any subscriptions.
16. Mistakes with orders
If you have made a mistake with your order please contact customer services as soon as possible, if this is within 24 hours, we may be able to rectify your order. If this time has passed, we may not be able to amend your order. Please ensure that your order is correct before confirming as errors will not be refunded.
17. Refunds
Please allow up to 14 working days, during busy times, to receive your money back for your refund.
17.1 You have 14 days from receiving your item for store credit or a full refund you paid of that specific item. The return must be sent to NLFS within 14 days of notifying us of your return. Please also note all costs for delivery will be at the cost of the consumer.
17.2
As the purpose of our 'Mystery Box' is to send our customers a shirt at random, we DO NOT accept returns and DO NOT offer refunds.
That being said, the satisfaction of our customers is our main priority, so in EXTREME cases, such as if you have received a damaged item or the size is a lot different to how you expected it, we can offer an exchange. Please email us on nonleaguefootballshop@gmail.com (quoting your order number and the reasoning)
Please note; if you are wanting to exchange your shirt for a different size we will try to match the shirt you initially received, although due to stock limitations this might not always be possible.
If your reason for exchange is that would you just prefer a different team's shirt we can only exchange this for you ONCE, anything more will not be accepted.
You MUST return the shirt in the condition your received it in. If the shirt comes with it's original tags we WILL NOT accept any return if the item returns back to us without tags.
18. Condition of products
All sizes may slightly vary due to the number of manufacturers, condition of the shirts is stated in the description of the listing.
New With or without tags:
This shirt is for a Collector or Buyer who wants a perfect shirt Brand New with or without Tags Never been worn and is prepared to pay that bit extra for the condition.
Excellent:
This shirt is for a collector or someone who looks for a top quality pre worn shirt but realises It may well have been worn a couple of times but looks and feels almost like New and is prepared to pay that bit extra for the condition.
Very Good:
For a person who is a real fan of the team or appreciates another team or just likes wearing other types of shirts they know that the shirt has been pre worn and may have some signs of wear like the odd mark, nick to logo or a couple of bobbles or very slight fading or the odd thread missing on helm but not all together and knows that the pictures provided will show any defects.
Good:
For a person who is a real fan of the team they know that the shirt has been pre worn and will have more signs of wear like marks or damage to logo or bobbles or fading or the thread missing on helm but knows that the pictures provided will show any defects .
Fair:
For a person loves their football team who expects the shirt to have damage in a few places as shown in the pictures but loves a bargain price, but they know that any damage will be shown on the pictures.
Poor:
These shirts are usually sold in bulk so these shirts are for people who either want to buy cheap and repair the faults of the shirts and sell on or keep modifying into other things or if they are sold individually are rare vintage shirts which you may expect to be in poor condition but they know that any damage will be shown on the pictures.
