Shipping & Returns Policy
How long does delivery take?
We allow up to 1-3 working days prior to dispatch. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which then we follow Royal mail guidelines of 2-4 working days.
Please allow 24 hours for Royal Mail tracking numbers to update.
For overseas orders, please allow 5-21 working days from the day of purchase.
How can I return an item?
We would hope that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, however you may be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms.
What is the timescale set for the return of the item?
You have 14 days from receiving your item for store credit or a full refund you paid of that specific item. The return must be sent to NLFS within 14 days of notifying us of your return. Please also note all costs for delivery will be at the cost of the consumer.
What condition must the item be in?
The returned item must be in the condition as it was sent. If your item has original packaging or tags these must not be removed from the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is returned in a worse condition than described upon purchase.
What shipping courier should I use?
Non League Football Shop are not responsible for the return parcels that are not received. We recommend sending them tracked which allows us to understand the whereabouts of the item if any problem arises.
Are there any exemptions?
As the purpose of our 'Mystery Box' is to send our customers a shirt at random, we DO NOT accept returns and DO NOT offer refunds.
That being said, the satisfaction of our customers is our main priority, so in EXTREME cases, such as if you have received a damaged item or the size is a lot different to how you expected it, we can offer an exchange. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org (quoting your order number and the reasoning)
Please note; if you are wanting to exchange your shirt for a different size we will try to match the shirt you initially received, although due to stock limitations this might not always be possible.
If your reason for exchange is that would you just prefer a different team's shirt we can only exchange this for you ONCE, anything more will not be accepted.
You MUST return the shirt in the condition your received it in. If the shirt comes with it's original tags we WILL NOT accept any return if the item returns back to us without tags.
- All refunds will be processed on the original payment method.
- Please allow us 7 working days to process the refund upon receipt of the return. We cannot process the refund until we have received the item back.
